BiQ Cloud – Is this the best ALL-IN-ONE SEO tool?

I have been working with SEO for quite many years now and I’ve been using a lot of different tools within SEO, the tools are great for tracking keywords, helping you build content and so on.

BiQ.Cloud is the tool I’m going to share with you today, BiQ.Cloud is divided into four different modules where we have content intelligence, rank intelligence, keyword intelligence and rank tracking. These four different modules I will dive into in this video and review for you. The way that BiQ.Cloud works now is that it’s divided into tabs like we know it from Google Chrome or any other browser today. So every time you want to work with a new module, let’s say rank intelligence, then you basically open up a new tab and then you work within that module.

There are pros and cons with this. Basically, it makes you able to work with a lot of different keywords at the same time. But the switch in between can be difficult and I will get into this later in the video. So let’s dive into the first module, which is rank intelligence. So rank intelligence is for many the most powerful feature within BiQ.Cloud. I to some extent agree, I think the four modules together is the most powerful feature about BiQ.Cloud.

But let me dive into why rank intelligence is so powerful. It took me some time to figure it out. When I plug in my own website into rank intelligence, it basically shows me the keywords that I’m ranking on and that’s that’s great. That’s fine. But I think I will use the rank tracking module for that. However, if I put in my competitor’s website in rank intelligence, I can now see what keywords is my competitor targeting and if there are keywords that I’m not targeting that I can see as a big opportunity.

Well, then why don’t I snap it? When you go into this feature, you can see the columns are basically the same as the other columns we have seen. However, there are two new columns you need to notice. We have SERP features and we have ranking position. The ranking position is, of course, the position that my competitor is ranking on the specific keyword. The SERP features is telling me what SERP features are my competitor appearing on, what rich snippets, what answers.

And this is a great way for me to see if I should also target these rich snippets. So as you can see overall, if you use this tool for your own website, it gives you some value. But rank tracking can give you that value. But if you use it for your competitors website, that’s when it becomes powerful. So Keyword intelligence, which is one of the four modules and particular of cloud, is basically where you get information about a specific keyword when you plug in your key, what you get 4 tabs, where you get related keywords, you get content ideas, you get trending searches and you get popular questions.

All the data that you see in keyword intelligence is directly from Google. BiQ.Cloud has developed a machine learning algorithm which scans the top 10 results of your keyword. And based on this data, combined with third party data, it gives you the overview of your keyword. If we start by going into related keywords, the value sorting is my absolute favourite sorting method. It basically finds the keywords with the biggest potential for you, with a combination of high search volume and low competition.

My next favourite column is the trend. It’s an awesome column which tells you whether the search trend for the keyword is steady, increasing or decreasing. You want to look for the increasing keywords. Search intent is another great column, which I have mentioned in my podcasts, it’s basically telling what the searcher is expecting. There are three different types; navigational, informational and transactional. Navigational You need to avoid by all cost because that means they’re going for a specific website.

For instance, if I’m Googling Facebook, it’s because I want to go to Facebook.com. Informational and transactional is what you want to go after. Informational is basically where people are searching for information about a subject, and they want an answer. They don’t have a specific website in mind. They just want an answer on their query. Transactional is where the searcher is looking to buy a product or to complete a certain task like finding the tool they need. The last column is CPC. It’s basically telling you what the advertisers on the specific keyword pays on average for clicks on their ads.

If we go into content ideas. This is an opportunity for you to create content, have in mind to use the value column as you only want to make content where your biggest opportunities lay. The third column, which is popular questions, is based on questions more people search for within your keyword. A great way to utilise this is to answer these questions in a rich snippet form in your content to make your website stand out in the search results. You can see the current website answering the question, and if you feel you can do it better, then go ahead and make your answer.

The last tab is trending searches. This is searches that BiQ.Cloud sees appear more and more. This is your opportunity to grab this and go answer all of these questions.

Another one of their modules is content intelligence. This is fantastic for optimising your content for a keyword. You have two options. When you get into this module, you can either enter a URL for an existing blog post.

Remember, when you do this to filter away your menu and your footer and all that information, as that’s not relevant to the keyword. The other option is to start from scratch. You have found your keyword, maybe from the keyword intelligence. You plug in this keyword and then based on this, you will get a ton of information about how you need to write your content. I will dig into all of these different values and different columns that BiQ.Cloud gives you. So let’s dive in.

You can now see that you have a view of different sections. For each section you have four parameters you need to lean up against. How is the relevancy of this section for your target keyword? What is the sentiment of the section readability and readable by what level? First tab is Word scope your content get a grade based on a set of parameters like do you use the right wording to use enough words, headings and links.

BiQ.Cloud now pulls data from the top 10 in the search results within the keyword of your content. Based on this data, it shows you suggested keywords to use. For each keyword, you get an importance how many times it’s usually used and if it’s used in headings, you can click on each keyword to see how your competitors use the keyword in their sentences. The second tab is analysis. Here you have three more main factors to work on; readability, fundamental score and word vector score.

Furthermore, you have four stats overall sentiment of your content, word count, semantic density and keyword density. Let’s go into the different ones. Readability is basically how easy your blog post is to read here BiQ checks on the length of your sections and sentences, and it takes into account the amount of syllables you use in a wording. The fundamental score is your on page SEO. Do you use the keyword in the URL, title, meta description, headings and links? Is your word count, title, URL and meta descriptions within a correct length? Do you use the keyword in the first and last one hundred words? And is your semantic density and keyword density within a reasonable percentage?

The last one word vector is the last of the three mentioned factors. It looks at your sections individually and give your suggestions on how to improve your content. This is awesome. I see so often the tools just states, the problems without the actual solution here they give you a suggestion for each section if needed.

So basically it scans your sections and check the wording if it’s relevant for the keyword, if you use keywords irrelevant to your target keywords. You will see suggestions on what keywords to use instead, each section gets within three categories; edit needed, good or optimised. This is a great that BiQ.Cloud gives you want to aim for getting all of your sections into optimised. I will, however, say that when I am on a section and want to see the suggestions for the specific sections, I have to manually go to the analysis tool and count my way down to find it in the list.

For me. I would like to see them make it possible to see the suggestions on the section you were actively editing. Now I’m done with my content and I can either exported to HTML or PDF. It’s usable, but when I add the content to my website, I have to either manually copy paste the content sections by section or export it to HTML or PDF and then copy paste everything. It’s just too inefficient. I would like to see a more seamless integration with WordPress as it’s the most used CMS system, or maybe just a simple text export.

The last module in BiQ.Cloud is rank tracking. You probably already know what it is. This is a great way to figure out what positions are you ranking on, on the different keywords. The place where I believe BiQ.Cloud differs a little bit from the competitors is that they show me SERP features, they show me what SERP features I appear on. Of course, I can see the position I’m ranking what URL are ranking on this keyword and so on and so on, but this we already know from different tools out there.

I think rank tracking the rank tracking tool is basically just a must for all SEO tools today. Another great thing is that I can see the development over time. But again, you can also see this in other tools. So the rank tracking module is basically like we see it in other tools. There’s no fancy thing about that. I will not dive into that.

So all this sounds great, but when you start using BiQ.Cloud, you notice the flaws. The TAB functionality I’m not the biggest fan of it. The thing is that when you swap between tabs, you lose your sorting. So let’s say that my favourite column value, I sort after value and then I change the tab to go to another tab.

When I go back to the tab where I sorted after value, my sorting is lost and if I go list by list by list, I lose myself completely in this.

So that’s the thing they need to fix. Another thing is that if you refresh your page, all the tabs are gone, all your work is lost. So be sure to use collections every time you do a new tab with some information, save it. Save it in the collection so you do not lose it.

The future of BiQ.Cloud is very, very exciting. There are two features that I’m excited for and that is competitor analysis and a smart brief. A smart brief is basically before you have to start in the content intelligence, it’s basically outlining for you what you need to focus on.

So instead of starting from scratch, you have an outline you can work from the competitor analysis is great because this gives you a way to easily compare your website to the competitors’ website. Right now you have to kind of do it manually. So this is just a great way of easily get them up side by side and compare what you need to improve to become better than your competitor.

That’s all. I have now gone through the four different modules of BiQ.Cloud. Thank you so much for watching and I would highly appreciate if you would like the video.

And comment, what do you think about BiQ.Cloud, you have any questions I be there to answer. Let’s catch up on the next one.

I love SEO. It's what I live and breathe. I took a different approach than the average SEO expert. I started as a programmer, transitioned into the technical aspect of SEO, which I've always found interesting, and then focused on content using the right tools, which I'm reviewing on my YouTube channel.
